When you add guests, we store their names and any contact information you choose to provide.

We may collect basic usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve the service. This data is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.

To create and manage your wedding invitation and guest list.

To allow guests to view your invitation and submit RSVPs through their unique invite link.

To send you account-related notifications (e.g., password reset emails).

To improve and maintain the platform.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Guest names and contact details you enter are used solely for the purpose of generating personalized invite links and tracking RSVPs.

Guests are not required to create an account. Their only interaction with the platform is through their unique invite link.

Guest RSVP responses and messages are visible only to you (the invitation owner) in your dashboard.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS).

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in) and for session management.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent certain features from working correctly.

We may use third-party services to help operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data secure and confidential.

Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to render typography on the site. This is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

We do not share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

You may access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, your invitation, guest list, and personal data will be permanently deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Continued use of Ever After Invite after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
